Since 2002 Care Force has specialised in the recruitment and temporary or permanent placement of doctors, specialists, nurses and dentists for the Dutch healthcare system. Our clients are hospitals, healthcare institutions and dental clinics throughout the Netherlands. We pose as an intermediary in the search for both temporary and permanent jobs. Care Force recruits candidates from mainly the following countries: South Africa, Belgium, Germany and Poland. Care Force has a solid and extensive network in these countries and has built a variety of portfolios consisting of a large number of candidates available effective immediately. Our services go beyond placing the right person in the right place. All activities inherent to the recruitment and operational placement of a foreign employee, including personal coaching and support in the integration in the Dutch community, are part of our extensive service package. Sinds its foundation Care Force has mediated on behalf of a large number of healthcare professionals, of whom many are still working in the Netherlands.
