The shortage of nurses and nursing staff is becoming extremely severe, and according to the Council for Public Health and Health Care this is inevitably placing the quality of healthcare in great jeopardy. Care Force has responded to this development by expanding its services to include mediation for foreign nurses. Care Force makes use of the organization’s network, experience and knowledge acquired in mediation for foreign healthcare professionals to help resolve the shortage of nurses in the Netherlands.
