Please note that Care Force exclusively mediates candidates who:

  • work in the healthcare or medical field;
  • hold an EU/EEA nationality and an EU degree;
  • possess a professional proficiency level in English (or French);
  • are willing to learn Dutch;
  • are willing to permanently relocate to the Netherlands or Belgium in the foreseeable future.

Application procedure

  1. To start your application process as a medical professional, dentist, or nurse in the Netherlands or Belgium, simply fill out the registration form on our website.

  2. Our recruiter will contact you to schedule a first intake, where we'll discuss your interests, qualifications, and requirements. This will be a chance for us to get to know each other and gather all necessary information.

  3. If there is mutual interest after the first intake, we'll schedule an interview with our account manager. During this interview, we'll provide you with more information about job opportunities in the Netherlands or Belgium.

  4. If you decide to proceed with Care Force after the second interview with our account manager, we'll create your profile and introduce you to our clients. If our client is interested, we'll schedule an online interview with you, our account manager, and our client for the first round. In some cases, you may be invited for an on-site visit or a few days of internship.

  5. We'll guide you through the contract negotiations to ensure you have the best possible working conditions before you sign the contract with your chosen health provider.

  6. While we work on your relocation process, you can start learning Dutch from your home country. After obtaining the A1 language certificate, you'll be invited to the Netherlands for the intensive language course.

  7. Once you've mastered Dutch at the required level and all papers have been approved and submitted, you'll be ready to start your new medical career abroad! Care helps you find suitable housing, schools, childcare, etc.
