Hi! Let me introduce myself.

My name is Lisa Schäffer and since February 2020, I’ve started as a recruiter at Care Force.

My origin is Roumanian and I’m living in the Netherlands for 8 years together with my family. Since I’m living here, I’ve worked in different companies fulfilling the function of planner in the transport sector and recruiter / jobcoach in the temporary employment sector.

I like to communicate with people in their own language (is the only way to understand their culture), that’s why I've learned to speak: Spanish, English, German, Dutch but also French and Italian. I'm very enthusiastic about the Care Force business concept and I’m looking forward to a nice, successful and long collaboration.
