About the organization

A private clinic, located in North Holland, specializes in a range of eye care services. The clinic has a team of experienced and highly skilled ophthalmologists who are dedicated to providing the best possible care to their patients. The clinic's focus is on delivering personalized, compassionate care, utilizing advanced technology and equipment.

What are you going to do?

You will work within a team of six ophthalmologists specializing in cataract surgery, retinal surgery, glaucoma, and general ophthalmology.
During your clinic hours, you will be supported by a dedicated team of orthoptists, optometrists, TOAs (technical ophthalmic assistants), outpatient assistants, junior doctors, and administrative staff. In total, around 60 employees work across both locations. The ophthalmologists also supervise some clinic hours, where the patient is prepared by the optometrist or TOA, while the ophthalmologist oversees a number of these sessions.
The lines of communication are short, and there is a positive atmosphere within the ophthalmologist team, making it a pleasant working environment.
The clinics are characterized by their modern appearance and well-equipped facilities. Both locations have their own Class 1, level 1 operating room complex. On our operating rooms, we work with a dedicated team of operating room assistants and surgical staff.

You have completed your studies in ophthalmology
You have at least 1 year of work experience
You are able to organize your own work
